Nasi kerabu tumis doesn't have color, it is white or plain rice. Nasi kerabu putih (white) which comes with its own sambal tumis (a special coconut milk based gravy with local herbs and spices, with a hint of chillies). Making nasi kerabu putih is easier than nasi kerabu kuning and nasi kerabu biru because it is simple and does not require a lot of ingredients. Normally, nasi kerabu putih can be found at restaurants instead of at night maarket because at night market normally people sell nasi kerabu biru as it is a common nasi kerabu in Malaysia.
